Serial Numbers (License Keys)

The serial number (license key) you will need to operate NerveCenter depends on the following scenarios:

• If you have just purchased or are evaluating NerveCenter, please use the serial number card within the package.
• If you are on maintenance and are upgrading from NerveCenter 2.6.x to NerveCenter 3.7, you will need to provide your node count and the number of clients you are currently using to our sales team at 1-800-327-2232. They will provide you with an updated serial number (license key).
• If you are a current NerveCenter user but not on maintenance, you will need to purchase an upgrade with maintenance either through your OpenService, Incorporated Enterprise Value Added Reseller or OpenService, Incorporated Representative; or, by calling the OpenService, Incorporated Sales Team at: 1-800-327-2232.

  Note    Four characters are not used in NerveCenter serial numbers. These characters are: 0 (zero), 1 (one), 5 (five), and Q.
