Open Year 2000 Certification

Subject to any hardware limitation with respect to time and date stamps, Open certifies that it will deliver Products to Customer that are "Year 2000" compliant as of June 30, 1998. "Year 2000" compliant means that the Products will record, maintain and process accurate dates for all dates including and following January 1, 2000, provided that all other products used by the Customer in connection or combination with the Products, including without limitation, hardware, software and firmware, accurately exchange date data with the Products.
