Connecting to an Existing Database

If you already have a version 3.7 NerveCenter database, or if you installed NerveCenter 3.7 in a new location, you can configure the ODBC data source and connection string to point to this database.

Note    You cannot connect to a NerveCenter 3.5 or 3.6 database without first upgrading the database to version 3.7. For more information, refer to Upgrading to NerveCenter 3.7.
