Completing the Installation

Setup displays status information as it installs the files.

After Setup has finished copying and installing the files, the Setup Complete dialog box is displayed.

 
  To complete the installation:

  Select Finish.

If you installed platform integration for HP OpenView, a DOS window and the NNM Console Output Display window are displayed. The DOS window closes automatically after NerveCenter has been registered with HP OpenView.

   Do not close the DOS window. It will be closed when OVPA has been registered with OpenView. You can close the NNM Console Output Display window.

If you installed the NerveCenter Server and chose to set up your database now, DBWizard is displayed. For instructions on installing or upgrading a database, see Chapter 3, Setting Up the Database on Windows.

Next, the setup complete dialog lets you restart the computer. You must restart the computer to have NerveCenter activate properly.

 
  To restart your computer:

1. Select the Yes, I want to restart my computer now. radio button.
2. Select Finish.
