NerveCenter Support for SNMP v3 - SNMP v3 Operations Log - Signing a Log for SNMP v3 Errors Associated with a Remote Client or Administrator -
Whenever an error occurs while attempting an SNMP v3 operation, the NerveCenter Server logs a message to a file. If you are logged on to some remote NerveCenter (one that did not initiate the error condition), you see a red icon in the status bar.
Signing the log causes the icon to turn green in all connected Clients/Administrators.
You can also dismiss the dialog box without acknowledging the error condition.

.The icon in the Status Bar turns green for all Clients or Administrators connected to the servers you checked. At a suitable time, you can open the Operations log and view the new message. This file, named v3messages.log, resides in the NerveCenter installation log directory. The file can be viewed in a text editor or word processor.
To dismiss the Error in Server dialog box:

without checking any of the checkboxes.In this case, only the icon in your turns green. For all other connected Clients and Administrators, the icon remains red and signals to those modules that the NerveCenter Server has some error that remains unacknowledged.
